Why Google Loves Mobile Responsive Websites

timothy-telescopeDid you know that when people search Google using their tablet or phone, your website will rank higher if it is mobile responsive.

This boils down to the fact that your website has just one set of content, keywords and urls for google to crawl and index.

In terms of promotion and social media, links to your website, when shared can be viewed as intended on any device. This is important as other types of mobile design can send desktop users to a mobile site and vice versa.

People have their tablets and mobile phones with them 24/7 and they are using these devices to search for products and services. Mobile sales have already overtaken desktop sales. Mobile internet useage was predicted to overtake desktop this year. Mobile search will also overtake desktop in the near future.
